Information About me

Hi! My name is Niklas, a Dane living in Sweden for the last 13 years.

I hold a Diploma in Multimedia Design & Communication from 2009 where I spent my last semester at LimKokWing University of Creative Technology. However due to the financial crisis that occured directly after graduation I had no opportunity to use my diploma in order to gain experience within the field.

After gaining valuable experience in other sectors I'm now studying Java at YrkesAkademin with the outlook to work as a fulltime programmer.

I'm a father of 3 wonderful kids! In my spare time I brew various styles of beer. I have made my own kegator where I store all of my experiments. Please take a look under my portfolio where I've shown the progress of the build.

Responsible for the operation of the end user support for SAS.
Head of: 6 Team Leads, 1 OMD, 1 Trainer, 6 Mentors and 150+ agents.

August 2016 - Mar 2017

Guidance for unaccompanied refugee children - Härjedalens Kommun, Sveg.

Worked at a 24/7 open home for children looking for a better life in Sweden. Main responsibiliy was to integrate the youngsters in the daily routines of Sweden.

January 2014 - April 2016

Account Manager - SONY - Legacy SYKES.

Responsible for the operation of the end user technical and sales support for SONY.
Head of: 1 Team Lead, 1 Quality Manager, 1 Liaison Officer, 1 Mentor/Trainer, 24 Multilingual agents.

September 2010 - January 2014

Supervisor / Senior Supervisor - Legacy SYKES.

Supervisor for Samsung, HP and SONY end user support. Advanced in June 2013 to the Senior role.
